Osis is a chemical engineer graduate from the University of Ottawa, Canada with a cum laude designation. Osis started his career with GE Water Technologies where he developed his passion for water chemistry while tailoring many water treatment programs for boiler and cooling towers in the Oil & Gas industry in Saudi Arabia ARAMCO. Subsequently, he served many positions in relation to process engineering, advanced water treatment technical development while working for Ovivo Filterboxx in Calgary, Canada. With Newalta, Mr. Kalache was part of the technical and innovation team where he executed Newalta' s research and new product development for the treatment of flowback and hydro fracking water with emphasis on sustainability goals. Osis has demonstrated capabilities in process improvement techniques using analytics, Six Sigma and statistical process control methods. he is a team player in diverse groups with eye for details and quality for achieved results.

Sun Nee holds a master's degree in Neuroscience from the University of British Columbia, Canada. She currently offers workshops in creative thinking and Innovation organization with emphasis on agile team building and self steering organizational management. With her background in design and implementing Neuroscience based research projects, Sun Nee brings a noval approach to the engineering business unit through the application of Neuroscience with focus on the human capital growth and organizing innovation.
she is an active member in The Art of Living Society with the main mission to help people live more and stress less through advanced breath work and meditation.

Mr. Marwan Kalache is a business and economics graduate from the Université libre de Bruxelles. He also holds a PMP designation as well as Six Sigma Core Green belt certification. Marwan started early his career with UNEDIL, a joint venture between the United Nations and the World Bank with key responsibility to develop the financial and management information system in Washington, DC. Later on, he joined Aspen Technologies and worked in financial management in order to develop and implement the financial, managerial and operation accounting processes and systems to ensure compliance with GAAP Rules and regulations. He is currently holding the position of director for facilities management for Samsic in Qatar.
With more than 30 years of professional experience, Marwan brings a wealth of expertise in project and business management with emphasis on sustainability and innovation. Marwan is a versatile and talented leader with a global record in implementing business processes, developing client relations and achieving financial and business strategies through cost-effective and efficient organizational solutions.
